Here are my first two creations:

| Cupcakes are SO easy and fun to make. |

| Not too happy with how the cake turned out, but I was VERY happy with the taste of the cake. Here is the trick. Use a box cake mix BUT.....replace the amount of water with the same amount of buttermilk. Also use one extra egg than the box asks for. It is SO moist and has a much better flavor. |
